If we sent you the wrong item in error, or the merchandise arrived damaged: 

Please contact Customer Service at designideas@designideas.net or 800.426.6394 immediately for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and further instructions. We ship all replacement orders back to you for FREE in appreciation of your business with us.

Purchases may be returned with a $6.50 restocking fee for any other reason within 20 days of receipt of merchandise by completing the following steps:

1. Contact Customer Service at designideas@designideas.net or 800.426.6394 to initiate your return.
2. Fill out the Return Merchandise Form and include it with the merchandise and packing slip to ensure proper credit.
3. Please return the merchandise in its original packaging and in saleable condition.
4. Send your return using the enclosed mailing label to:
